Donus is a trained psychologist and had worked as a clinical and neuro-psychologist with Institute of Mental Health, Singapore.  Currently, he is the Consulting Director and Principal Psychologist with W3ave Pte Ltd.  He is associate with NTUC Learning Hub, Civil Service College, MDIS, and Matthew James International.  He is also an associate faculty with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).  Donus has double Masters degress in Psychology and Clinical Neuroscience from University of Edinburgh and University College London respectively.  He is certified in the following: Adaptiv Resiliency Coach and Trainer, a level 5 PEAKS Personality Technology Consultant, a level 3 C-VAT Personality Instrument consultant, and a Metaplan Strategic Facilitator.  In addition, he is also a certified Mindfulness coach and a Certified Gottman Educator in Singapore.  He is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
